Striker Systems offers the Advantage Technical Support program for unsurpassed technical support of your Striker sheet metal CAD/CAM solutions.  New Striker customers receive a thirty-day Advantage Technical Support membership with their initial software purchase.  Most choose to renew their membership annually, feeling secure with the benefits offered by the Advantage Technical Support program.

Toll Free Help Desk Access

With Advantage Technical Support, you’ll receive toll free access to the Striker Systems Help Desk.  Work directly with a Striker representative to resolve support issues.  The Striker Help Desk is accessible from 8:00AM to 5:00PM central time with same day response to calls received prior to 3:00PM. 

Live Webcast Support

Having difficulty with a specific procedure?  The Striker support team can provide live webcasts to demonstrate proper technique and assist with procedural analysis. 

e-Mail Support

Questions can be posed to the Striker support team at support@striker-systems.com and files can be uploaded or downloaded to assist in the support process. 

e-Transmit Critical Data

All Striker CAD/CAM products include built in e-transmit capability.  If you’re having difficulty, simply select the e-transmit command from the Striker product menu.  The current working session with all supporting information is automatically zipped up and e-mailed to the Striker support team for analysis. 

Striker Direct Access

The Striker Advantage Technical Support program offers Striker Direct Access.  At your discretion, this allows a Striker support representative to access your computer directly and operate the Striker software as if it were loaded locally at our Tennessee headquarters!  Striker Direct Access provides true local support as a Striker support representative can make real time adjustments to your Striker software. 

Striker Emergency Downtime Recovery

As part of the Striker Advantage Technical Support program, Striker Systems makes a CNC programming service available to assist your organization with the programming of your CNC equipment in the event your programming system goes down for any reason.  Contact Striker Systems at 1-800-950-7862 for details and pricing.
